DGNB
The DGNB certification system assesses buildings in the categories of ecology, economy, socio-cultural and functional aspects, technical quality, and process quality. The DGNB certification system sets high standards for the energy efficiency of buildings and places great emphasis on the use of sustainable materials.
With Leak360 you can receive up to 55 additional points in the "ENV2-B Water" category.
GRESB
During GRESB certification, the verification and review procedures go through the areas of Management and Performance or Management & Development.
The maximum total score of 100 can be achieved as follows:
